Gemini will cut the visual edit against the timestamped narration, then art-direct every shot. This takes 3–5 minutes.
Review and edit the narration-aligned shot plan. Each shot stores an explicit narration start time, and the shot stays up until the next shot begins.
Inworld TTS will generate the full voiceover from your script. This takes 1–3 minutes.
Listen to the generated voiceover. If it sounds good, approve and continue to the narration-timed storyboard pass.
Fal.ai will generate one image for each storyboard shot. Set concurrency and start.
Review all generated images. Click any image to enlarge. Approve to proceed to video render.
Preparing a hardware-accelerated in-browser render. This may still take a bit for longer videos.
Review the rendered video. Download or go back to make changes.
Pull vertical 9:16 shorts directly from the completed timeline. Claude chooses contiguous cuts, then the browser renders them with captions.
Rendered videos are uploaded into the project folder in Google Drive so they can be restored after you come back later.
